Cascade

Gregory Johnson, Georgia

In 2008, the pull of geometric shapes sparked my adventure into modern sculpture, evolving as pristine, elegant geometry alive with reflections. Inspired by the forces of nature, pathways of life and emotions of humanity, each piece begins with a circle . . . one elegant line with no beginning, middle or end. Sensual or architectural in nature, often intersected and interacting with other shapes, the compositions challenge boundaries and expectations.
With commissions in 35 states and 7 countries, I am fortunate to be one of an elite group of sculptors whose public art touches tens of thousands of lives each day. I currently work on both traditional and modern compositions in my North Georgia studio.

Cascade is suggestive of falling water and fabricated with high quality stainless steel.
